She is an expert in translating complex trauma-informed practices into accessible, practical tools that empower her clients to build healthy, resilient nervous systems.
In addition to completing the rigorous Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Training through Somatic Experiencing International — where she now serves as a teaching assistant and mentor to students moving through the program — Chelsea has completed advanced training in Yoga Therapy in Holistic Healthcare through the Stress Management Center of Marin, and has provided clinical support across residential, intensive outpatient, and community settings throughout the Bay Area.
Chelsea’s work is rooted in a conviction that the body is not an obstacle to health and wellbeing — it is the path through it. While traditional talk therapy can be powerful, some healing simply lives deeper. Somatic therapy offers a way to support, repair, and strengthen your nervous system’s resilience, gently transforming dysregulation and the physical toll it takes — including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm.
In her personal life, Chelsea is an avid rock climber, dancer, and devoted bunny mom to two adorable rescue buns!
